Is your email in lowercase letters?

Ensure you enter your email address in all lowercase letters. The email field on our login page is case sensitive, so 'YourEmail@example.com' and 'youremail@example.com' are recognized as different.

Confirm the email address registered to the plan

Did you sign up with your work email or personal email? It's crucial to use the same email address you registered with to log in.

Check your junk/spam email folders

The verification code may sometimes be delivered to your junk or spam folder instead of your main inbox. Please check these folders for the code.

Common Wealth Plan or Common Good Plan?

If you work in the non-profit sector, you might mistakenly try to sign into the Common Wealth Plan instead of the Common Good Plan. Please make sure you're using the correct site. Common Good members should log in here: Common Good Plan Sign-In.
