You can view and print your annual statements by logging into your account on a computer. On the member dashboard, click on the Profile drop-down menu with your name in the top-right corner and scroll down to "Documents". Select "Annual statements" to access and download for your own records.
Current account statement
If you need an updated account statement for financial purposes, such as applying for a bank loan or mortgage, please contact our Customer Success Team. You can do this by clicking the "Submit Request" button at the top of this page or by engaging with one of our agents through live chat.
For transferring funds to other institutions, providing an account statement is optional. You may use the annual statement available in your plan, or simply provide your account number when initiating the transfer out, which can be found in both the desktop and mobile versions of the plan.
