How are employee fees collected?

Your plan will automatically deduct employee fees – which means employers are not responsible for any collection or remittance of the fees paid by plan members.

We will provide a detailed breakdown of employer fees based on the number of members in the plan at the end of the prior month. Two days advance notice will be provided when withdrawing funds from your account.
