Why am I missing tax slips in my plan?

Reasons you might not see tax slips in your plan:

• You are contributing to a TFSA
  Be sure to check which account type you are invested in. No tax slips are provided for TFSA contributions.
   
• The RRSP slips have not yet been made available
  Tax slips will be made available in mid to late January for the ‘last 10 months of the year’ and in mid-March for the ‘1st 60 days’.
   
• You have not contributed to an RRSP in the last 10 months of 2025 or first 60 days of 2026
  Be sure to check your "Accounts" page to determine when contributions were added to your plan. If contributions started after January 1st, 2026, then you will not have a tax slip for the last 10 months of 2025.
   
• Desktop vs. mobile
  Tax slips are only made available in the desktop/computer version of your plan. They cannot be accessed from your mobile device.
