Where do I add or update the beneficiaries for my plan?

You can update your beneficiaries by logging into your account on a computer. 

On the member dashboard, click on the Profile drop-down menu with your name in the top-right corner and scroll down to "Update my personal information". Then select "Beneficiaries".
